Your Globally Recognized Path to Academic and Career Success.
Cambridge Assessment International Education (Cambridge International or CIE) is the world’s largest provider of international education programmes and qualifications for students aged 5 to 19. As an integral part of the prestigious University of Cambridge, their qualifications are not just recognized but are highly valued and respected by leading universities and employers worldwide. Opting for a Cambridge pathway means opening doors to a world of exciting future opportunities, built on a foundation of academic excellence.
Cambridge IGCSE
The students in Years 10 and 11 (usually between the ages of 14 and 16) at CIS will be ready to take the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education external exams, or IGCSE, which is the most well-liked international credential for pupils in the 14–16 age range worldwide. The IGCSE is a great way to be ready for Cambridge Advanced Level coursework.
Cambridge AS and A Levels
Years 12 and 13 (usually students aged 17 and 18) make up the A-Level (or Advanced Level) phase. Advanced Subsidiary level (AS) and Advanced Level (A-Level) are the two levels at which A-Level courses can be finished. Students earn an AS level standard in the first year of a course by completing the AS components, which include exams and any needed coursework. (If a student does not plan to go to the A level, they may take the AS level exams at this point).
