Refund Policy
Before Course Commencement: You may request a refund of the fee before the course begins. In such cases, 90% of the paid amount will be refunded.
After Classes Begin: Refunds are not available once the course has started.
Cancellation of Services: Please note that cancellation of services is not permitted after enrollment if you have opted for the course.
Refund Process and Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
Approaching Tutors: In cases where Students/Parents, while doing the classes with us, try to approach tutors directly for additional classes or else way, the institute reserves the right to stop the classes and issue a NO Refund.
Exceptional Cases: In rare situations such as medical emergencies, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the management. Supporting documentation will be required.
